Freestyle for U13 and U15

U13’s and U15’s are encouraged to participate in the FunFit strength and conditioning program along with water ramp training in the summer. There is a combined option that includes transportation from the water ramps to an afternoon FunFit session on Tuesdays and Thursdays (see page 10). U13 athletes are encouraged to participate in two days of FunFit per week and U15 athletes are encouraged to do three days per week. See FunFit details on page 14.
