Beginner Session (ages 6-12)

This program is for children with limited or no experience in skateboarding. It is focused on teaching fundamental concepts such as balance, turning and pushing. Children learn to use basic techniques to roll over common features in the skatepark. The intention of Fall Camp is to allow a fun wrap-up to the summer, continue building the skills and confidence found throughout the summer sessions, and to stay outside and play. If an athlete was not involved in the summer sessions, no worries! Fall Camp allows for more time to join in on the fun!

Intermediate Session (ages 8-14)

The intermediate program is for children with some experience in the skatepark. They should be able to stand on the board, push around and over some common obstacles in a skatepark such as banks, ledges and quarter pipes. Skaters are working on dropping in on banks on quarter pipes. Our coaches will work with the skaters to focus on using those basic skills to start learning easy tricks in the park. The intention of Fall Camp is to allow a fun wrap-up to the summer, continue building the skills and confidence found throughout the summer sessions, and to stay outside and play. If an athlete was not involved in the summer sessions, no worries! Fall Camp allows for more time to join in on the fun!
