Junior Ramp / Trampoline Training U10/U13
Junior Ramp/Trampoline sessions consist of a warm up, gymnastics and trampoline skills, strength/balance activities, and water ramp training. Sessions are designed to complement freeskiing winter programming and provide athletes with the acrobatic base required for freeskiing, but also serve as excellent cross-training for skiers in other disciplines. Qualified coaches will be leading training to ensure safe and fun progressions and to provide technical training and video feedback.
If your schedule doesn’t allow for participation in full sessions, contact SSWSC Freestyle Director Ann Battelle to work out a plan to maximize your training opportunities.
U10 (8-10 years old)

Equipment requirements: Swimsuit, cross-training shoes, skis with retention straps, boots, wetsuit or drysuit, life jacket/PFD, and helmet (with ears covered). A rental package for gear is available for $100 for the summer season.

SSWSC offers scholarships for summer program fees through a one-step EZ Scholarship process during registration and enrollment.
Junior Ramp/Trampoline Training can be combined with FunFit as well as Youth, Adventure Team, and Junior Team mountain biking.
