Junior Ramp / Trampoline Training U10/U13/U15

Junior training is for skiers ages 8-14. Training will consist of a warm up, gymnastics and trampoline skills, strength/balance activities, and water ramp training. Sessions are designed to complement freestyle winter programming and provide athletes with the acrobatic base required for freestyle skiing, but also serve as excellent cross-training for skiers in other disciplines. Qualified coaches will be leading training to ensure safe and fun progressions and to provide technical training and video feedback.

Required equipment: Swimsuit, cross-training shoes, skis with retention straps, boots, wetsuit or drysuit, life jacket/PFD and helmet (with ears covered). A rental package for gear is available for $145 for the summer season.



U10 8-10 yrs old:

  • Session 1: Mondays, June 13th, 20th, and 27th, 9:30-12:00
  • Session 2: Mondays, July 11th, 18th, and 25th, 9:30-12:00
  • Session 3: Mondays, August 1st, 8th, and 15th, 9:30-12:00

COST: $170/session

U13 11-12 yrs old:

  • Session 1: Tuesday & Thursday, June 14th-June 30th, 9:30-12:00
  • Session 2: Tuesday & Thursday, July 12th-July 28th, 9:30-12:00
  • Session 3: Tuesday & Thursday, August 2st - August 18th, 9:30-12:00

COST: $330/session or $850 for all three sessions


  • Session 1: Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays, June 13-30, 8:30-12:00
  • Session 2: Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays, July 11-July 28, 8:30-12:00
  • Session 3: Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays, August 1-August 18, 8:30-12:00

COST: $630/session or $1,450 for all three sessions
