Coaches work with athletes in roller skiing to establish a foundation of cross country ski technique. Sessions are scheduled once per week to allow U14 athletes to enroll and participate in other summer programs such as FunFit or mountain biking. Two to three days of FunFit is recommended.
Required equipment: Bike helmet, skate roller skis, skate length poles with roller ski tips, light weight gloves, a neon shirt, water bottle and running shoes.
