Cross Country U14 Summer (ages 12-13)

For U14 cross country athletes looking to prepare for a competitive pathway in cross country skiing by adding structured summer training. This two session/week morning program emphasizes the foundational elements of cross country dryland training: Running, Rollerskiing and Strength. This is an opportunity to gain fitness in specific cross country dryland training forms in preparation for the coming season. Athletes are encouraged to join the Fundamentals of Strength and Conditioning program on Mondays and Wednesdays for one or two three week sessions or the Junior Team or Adventure Team summer mountain bike program as a complement to this program.
