Freeskiing Trampoline / Water Ramping (ages 12+)
Freeskiing water ramp sessions are for athletes 12 and older who will be on the Freeskiing Junior Team or Senior Team next season. Training sessions consist of a warm-up, stretching, trampoline progressions, balance progressions, and water ramp training led by freeskiing coaches. Sessions are at Bald Eagle Lake. Tuesday and Thursday training will focus on trampolines for air awareness and acrobatic skills. Wednesday’s will focus on bringing those skills to the water ramps if interested or continuing to work on your trampoline skills.

Eligibility requirement: Athletes must be planning to enroll in Freeskiing Junior or Senior Team next season.
Equipment requirements: Athletic shoes, water bottle, skis, boots, wetsuit or drysuit, life jacket/PFD, and helmet (with ears covered). A rental package for water ramp gear is available for $145 for the summer season.
Recommended equipment: Gloves and a swimsuit.

2025 PROGRAM FEE: $480/session or $1,200 for all three sessions
SSWSC offers scholarships for summer program fees through a one-step EZ Scholarship process during registration and enrollment.
Freeskiing Trampoline and Water Ramping can be combined with Fundamentals of Strength and Conditioning (Tuesday and Thursday, 3:30-5 p.m.) for Junior Team Athletes or Senior Team gym sessions (Tuesday and Thursday, 2:30-4 p.m.).
