While Winter Break offered a holiday break, the U12 Alpine team was working hard at Steamboat Ski Resort, training slalom on the race venue, All Out. Training conditions were World Cup surfaces offering the athletes an opportunity to advance their technique and tactics in preparation for the Age Class slalom races.
The U12 athletes embraced the three slalom races with confidence and courage, establishing a fun beginning to the U12 race season. 
U12 athletes achieved a first-place finish, several top-3 finishes, and top-10 finishes, and for several, their first-ever Age Class and race experience! Congratulations to all the U12 athletes competing at the Age Class slalom races in Steamboat!
