The U16 Alpine team has been firing on all cylinders these past few weekends, taking full advantage of prime on-snow training at Loveland Valley. Huge thanks to Loveland Ski Club for their outstanding snowmaking and for creating an ideal venue for teams to sharpen their slalom fundamentals and gate work. The U16 athletes have made the most of it, showing impressive progress, strong focus, and intentional effort every session.
They also capped off each training block with directed freeskiing at Loveland Basin, where athletes pushed their Technical Skiing skills and continued building the strength and ski fitness they’ll carry into the winter. Head Coach Ben and Coach Ann couldn’t be more excited about the team’s energy, attitude, and cohesion.
The team is headed back to Loveland for one more weekend and looks forward to continuing their progression on our home venues soon. Great job, team!
