U8 2-Day Meister is an exciting program that incorporates alpine skiing and cross country (XC) skiing with an exploration of nordic jumping on cross country and alpine skis. Cross country skiing has the unique ability to develop balance, weight transfer, ankle flexion and so much more that help create a solid foundation of skills. As a club, SSWSC has the unique opportunity to offer all disciplines at one location at Howelsen Hill. Cross country days will include nordic jumping on cross country and alpine skis, fun games, obstacle courses, maybe even a chairlift ride. Alpine days will focus on fundamental skills and all-mountain skiing. This program is recommended for children interested in ski jumping and nordic combined. Register early to ensure a place in this program.
