Summer & Winter Ski Jumping/Nordic Combined

U16/U18/U20 Ski Jumping

U16/U18/U20 Ski Jumping provides comprehensive training opportunities for highly motivated skiers who wish to pursue their fullest potential in ski jumping, consistent with the national ski jumping pipeline. A strong emphasis is placed on physical conditioning and improving technique as part of a progressive, annual training plan. Athletes train and compete on the HS75, HS100, and HS127 meter jumps.

Summer training is designed to complement the on-snow program and to expand upon previous skills and further develop the athletes’ physical potential for success in the competitive season. The summer schedule is also designed for athletes who have other interests or work during the summer months. Participants compete in regional, national, and in some cases, international competitions.
