The U10 Jumping & Nordic Combined Summer Training program is designed for athletes ages seven to nine who are new to jumping or nordic combined or who have previously completed a jumping, nordic combined, ski meister or ski jumping add-on program. Athletes will experience personal growth while developing a foundation of jumping skills needed during the winter season. Sessions focus on skill development and jumping on plastic, agility, flexibility, strength and technical drills. Participants must be willing and able to participate in active adventures that last up to two hours. On Wednesdays and Fridays, athletes will practice on the HS8 and bump jumps that will be set up on the landing hills of the HS45 and HS75 to accommodate a broader range of abilities. U10 ski jumping and nordic combined athletes are also encouraged to sign up for youth mountain bike sessions to round out the summer nordic combined experience. Athletes who will be second year U8’s in winter 2025-2026 who participate in the summer U10 program are eligible to join winter U10 Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined programs in winter 2026-2027.
