Snowboard Big Mountain Team is designed for athletes who wish to take the next step in Big Mountain Snowboarding. This group focuses on continued development of snowboarding fundamentals and progressing their all-mountain riding skills. Training takes place in all snowboarding venues, including the terrain park, halfpipe, and big mountain, as tools to improve big mountain riding. The Big Mountain Team is a progression and development-oriented program, with options to compete in the Rocky Mountain Freeride Series, along with IFSA national events. The program includes a comprehensive year-round strength and conditioning program beginning in May and continuing through the winter. 8th-grade athletes will need a coach’s recommendation to join.
