Cycling Junior Team Fall Camp is a 4-week session for 6th/7th grade athletes who want to extend their cycling training into the fall and is a great way to stay on top of fitness built over the summer. Training will be less about skill building and more about learning how to train for racing. Each session will consist of a specific training plan including interval work and race strategy, intended to give athletes exposure to what joining the high school mountain bike team looks like.
Tuesday and Thursday, August 18 – September 10, 4-6 p.m.
