The Bike and Trampoline program combines Cycling Adventure Team with Trampoline sessions at Bald Eagle Lake. This is an excellent combined program for developing fitness and jumping and acrobatic skills. Athletes will start each day at 8:15 at Howelsen Hill with Cycling Adventure Team groups riding until 11:15, then eat lunch after biking and be transported to the tramps by SSWSC van. The Trampoline sessions will run from 12:15 to 2:45, ending the day with pickup at the Howelsen Hill.
Session 1: Monday and Wednesday, June 8-24, 8:15 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.
Session 2: Monday and Wednesday, July 6-22, 8:15 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.
Skill Requirement
Comfortable riding singletrack. Some mountain biking experience is required
Equipment
26” – 29” mountain bike with gears and disc brakes, cycling helmet, bike gloves, sunglasses, water bottle, snack, and spare tube (the same size as your athlete’s tires). Hydration pack and bike shorts are recommended. For trampoline, athletic shoes, athletic clothing are required. Lunch, water bottle, and sunscreen.
