

/>TeamSteam moguls team wrapped up the Rocky Mountain Freestyle competitive season at the Divisional Championships in Telluride, March 6–8, 2026. Thirteen athletes qualified for the 2026 Freestyle Moguls Junior Nationals, and two athletes earned spots at the U.S. Moguls Freestyle Championships.
Athletes experienced a wide range of conditions during the competition, including snow, wind and eventually sunshine with temperatures reaching 50 degrees. On the famed Hermit course, competitors navigated an icy top section, challenging top-air landings and line changes between runs.
Highlights included Sydney Soard rebounding from a fall in her first run to finish fourth in her second run. Lyllah Miller landed a large back tuck off the bottom air, Finley Fontaine cut a full second off her first run, and Grace Mac improved her time by a second and a half. Abe Brown competed a back tuck for the first time.

/>Brown also received the “Most Likely to Leave His Ski Bag Unpacked From Summer Training” award. The team also recognized Fontaine, who competed in her final Rocky Mountain Freestyle event. Fontaine, Anouk Bradley and Reise Wilson will graduate this spring.
In singles competition, Soard placed fourth, Gigi Lobeck was eighth, Miller finished 14th, Fontaine placed 21st, Kensie Ricketts was 24th and Mac finished 27th.
In the men’s field, Griffin Harvey placed 14th, Cole Anderson was 17th, Max Marrs finished 35th, Brown was 41st and Aiden Kottcamp placed 42nd.
In dual moguls, Soard again led the team with a fourth-place finish. Harvey placed seventh and Anderson finished eighth.
Thirteen SSWSC moguls athletes qualified for the 2026 Freestyle Moguls Junior Nationals at Utah Olympic Park in Park City, Utah, March 16–22, where they will compete for U15, U17 and U19 junior national titles in moguls and dual moguls.
Women qualifiers include Finley Fontaine, Anouk Bradley, Lyllah Miller, Sydney Soard, Kensie Ricketts, Lucy Gray and Gigi Lobeck. Men qualifying are Griffin Harvey, Henry Crump, Cole Anderson, Aiden Kottcamp, Max Marrs and Archer Glaskin.
Soard and Lobeck also qualified for the U.S. Moguls Freestyle Championships at Palisades Tahoe, March 27–29.
