For a week at the beginning of August, I had the opportunity to attend the National Development Group (NDG) camp in Park City, Utah. I trained with an all-female group of 11 athletes from U18 to U20.
We did a variety of workouts like strength at the Center of Excellence, a pace workout at the Roller ski track at Soldier Hollow, and a run out to Bloods Lake. It was an incredible experience to get to know and train with some of the other top junior athletes from around the country. Overall, it was a really cool camp to be a part of, and I got to know everyone there really well, which was great.
