September is an excellent time to water ramp and refine new tricks for the upcoming competition season. We are excited to offer a ramp camp during this time for athletes not playing other fall sports and who would like some extra water ramp time. Each training session will include a warm-up, trampoline, and water ramp training. There will be one day of strength and conditioning at Howelsen with age-appropriate workouts. This training is for athletes competing in the Devo, Qualifier Series, or Comp Series Rocky Freestyle events this winter. This program is designed to complement and not replace the summer water ramp programs and fundamentals of strength and conditioning.
