Winter Freeride Freeski

Middle School Freeride Freeski Team Part Time

The Middle School Freeride Freeski Team Part Time program (formerly Junior Team) is designed to be the next step in development for athletes graduating from the Devo Team. This is a diverse program for our younger freeskiing and freeride athletes looking to improve their Freeskiing skills in Freeride (Big Mountain) and Freestyle (Park/Pipe). Programming will be geared toward freeskiing skill development across the entire mountain including the terrain parks, halfpipe, and hike to terrain, generally splitting time 40/60 between the competitive venue and out of venue. This program is a skill development program focused on creating a positive team environment to promote technical growth. There will be competitive travel opportunities along with travel camp opportunities to build team cohesion. This program is for 7th and 8th graders, as well as 6th graders who will turn 12 by December 31, 2026.

The part time group trains one less day per week in the winter than the full time program.
