This program is designed for athletes enrolling in part-time Senior Teams who do not do a fall sport to raise the athlete’s fitness levels and prepare for the winter season. Fall Strength and Conditioning will build off of our Summer Strength and conditioning program. We will spend two days a week in the gym and one day at Bald Eagle Lake using the trampolines to work on air awareness and acrobatic skills. Once the Part-Time Team starts October 11, those enrolled in the Fall S&C program will continue with this schedule working in the gym until the end of our dryland season, November 10.

Tuesday and Thursday 4:00-5:30 at Howelsen Hill
Wednesday 4:00-6:00 at Bald Eagle Lake for Trampoline/Field Workout
2022/2023 PROGRAM FEE: $900
