With icy conditions more suited to a World Cup slalom venue than a Big Mountain competition, SSWSC Athletes tackled the Arapahoe Basin IFSA 2* to bring home a heap of hardware on March 10-11, 2025.
SSWSC mogul athlete Anabel Ayad wrapped up the Moguls NorAm Tour with an impressive second-place finish in singles, capping off a challenging competition weekend on March 7-8 in Val St. Come, Quebec.
Fourteen Athletes Qualify for the 2025 Freestyle Junior National Championships. SSWSC’s TeamSteam traveled to Telluride for the Rocky Mountain Freestyle Divisional Championships, March 8-9. With the opportunity to earn big points, the athletes were put to the test on a mogul course with an extremely icy, steep top section into a big jump with a steep, icy landing, firm, horizontal bumps through the middle, a big bottom jump and steep moguls to the finish.
SSWSC Freestyle Moguls U15 and U13 teams traveled to Winter Park March 8-9 for the Rocky Mountain Devo Series Finals. Beyond the incredible results after three days of competition, the team camaraderie and support from the parents stood out.
Last week was exciting for the U16 SSWSC Alpine Team, when SSWSC hosted the U14/U16 Rocky/Central Showdown in Steamboat, March 3-5, 2025.
