START TIMES:         
10:00 AM both days~ 30 second interval starts on 1/12, open course both days

R.M.I.S.A.  -  $300.00 per gender (up to seven athletes per team, for each race)

RMISA Nordic Wax Protocol:

The use of all high fluorinated addititives, which includes pure flouro powder, liquid or block is prohibited from all RMISA competitions for both classic and free techniques. This ban shall also apply to the RMISA Regional Championship. This rule shall not apply to NCAA Skiing Championships or events that are joint competitions with Super Tour events or US National Championships
