This is a 4 week program to bridge the gap between now and summer programming: May 11 - June 5. This preseason program teaches structure that can be adapted individually to their summer/fall goals. Many athletes will be able to participate and develop at their own rate, to their full potential, with no one watching, while transitioning into summer with more strength, body awareness, and fitness. Most importantly, this program allows athletes to connect “virtually” with teammates and coaches and hopefully in person, sooner than later. If we are able to train in small groups near the end of this program, we will take advantage of that ability with necessary precautions.
For athletes currently in 7th grade - 12 grade.
Structured virtual training plan for periodization development - on the bike
1-2 virtual strength trainings per week - on Zoom or Train Heroic - independently from home
Zoom social hour - to connect with your teammates/coaches
