Freestyle Acrobatic and S&C Camp
This introduction into fitness for the 2016 summer season will include physical training, circuits, weightlifting, plyometrics, games and a full acrobatic/gymnastics component. Friday’s training will be after school.

Friday June 3rd: 4:15pm - 5:30pm & 5:45pm-7:00pm
Saturday June 4th: 10:00am - 11:15am & 12:00pm - 1:15pm
Sunday June 5th: 10:00am - 11:15am & 12:30pm - 1:15pm
